Our EDI Outsource Service is a tremendous value which offers reliable, secure data transmissions, a low cost entry point, and reasonable support fees.  With our EDI Outsource Service, you can eliminate the time, expense and headaches of EDI administration.  There is no software to purchase or personnel to train.  All EDI translation and communication is handled via our data center.  To send data, the files to be translated are transmitted to us and we do the rest.  To receive data, we will send the translated files to you, ready for integration into your application.

Service

The monthly fee for our service includes 24x7 data translation, data transmission, problem determination and resolution.  In support of your EDI, we will work directly with your trading partners to resolve any issues.  New documents with existing or new trading partners will be setup and tested so you can begin to enjoy the benefits of EDI as soon as possible.

Standards

Our service supports ANSI X12, EDIFACT, COMPORD, and XML.  The flexibility of our environment also allows us to handle customized flat file layouts.

Requirements

We can communicate with your system in many ways.  However, the preferred approach is to communicate via FTP transmissions across the Internet.  This of course requires that you have a system that is accessible via the Internet.

Pricing (Prices may vary depending on volume)

The fees for the service are based on the number of documents, transaction volume and type of document being traded.  Contact your Paragon representative for a personalized quote.

Consulting

Because Paragon is a full service-consulting firm, we can also help you integrate your EDI data into your applications.  Paragon can provide integration and on-going support for virtually any architecture, even if the integration is across hardware and/or software platforms.
